This is a newer offering from AB, my mom recommend I give it a try, she thought it was a funny idea to just add lime to beer.There is a strong lime aroma to this beer, like smelling pure lime juice. The color is normal Bud Light straw and clear. The head pours thin and quickly fizzes away to zero.
The lime flavor comes across first in the taste with a nice bit of residual sweetness. There is some corn DMS taste, but it is very light. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing. The finish has a slight stale beer or dusty, taste.
This is an ok beer, nothing very bad about it nothing very good. I don't know what's up with the finish all I know is that is makes me want to take another sip to wash the taste away. Something about the sour lime taste and the corn DMS mixing oddly. I don't know if this is just Bud Light with lime added I think this beer is a little sweeter than Bud Light normally is.

I tried this at a family party recently. The host got a six pack free from the Bud girls with a Bud Light Lime bucket. I wanted the bucket more than the beer. I stumbled across your blog somehow.
