This beer has a weak aroma with hops being the only sent coming across. The color is a medium brown or amber with some haze. The head pours thick but not too thick and has good retention.
Even though the aroma is weak the taste is not. This beer has a huge hop flavor, strong American hop flavor of citrus with lemon and orange characteristics. There is only a hint of malt sweetness hardly noticeable next to the hops. The bitterness is strong as expected from so much hops. The mouthfeel is medium full with plenty of carbonation. The finish is hoppy with some bitterness, not a huge surprise.
This beer could really use some malt backbone to balance against the hops. If someone is looking for a really hoppy beer this is a good choice.
