#326 J.W. Lees - Moonraker

This beer has an earthy aroma that has been common with other J.W. Lees beers. The color is a deep mahogany with some red highlights shining through. The head pours thick will some retention.

The taste is a little sweet with hints of roasted malt. There is some hints of fruitiness that might be associated with the hops. There is an earthy root cellar flavor that is common with J.W. beers. The mouthfeel is medium with pretty low carbonation. The finish is earthy.

This beer is a lot like the other J.W. Lees beers. They all have a similar earthy root cellar flavor, I enjoy this flavor I just think it is odd all of their beers have this flavor.
