This beer has a spicy Belgian aroma with a hint a phenolic band-aid . The color is a light yellow or gold with a bit of haze. The head is thick and fluffy with good retention.
The taste is very spicy with just a some sour fruit flavor. The sour fruit taste is similar to unripe pineapple, or orange peel. Malt flavor is slight with some sweetness adding to the fruit appearance. There is no detectable hops. The mouthfeel is medium with a huge amount of carbonation. The finish is a little sour.
This beer is not really my favorite, just a bit too much sour taste. I enjoy the spice flavor and the fruit, just too much sour.
