#325 New Holland - Full Circle Kolsch

This beer has a very faint malt aroma. The color is a light yellow with a bit of haze. The head is medium with good retention.

The taste is subtle, a little malt flavor with some graininess. There is also some light hop flavors, giving the beer a little spice. The mouthfeel is medium thin. The finish is clear with some hints of bitterness.

This is a fine beer, not much complexity but that is what is expected in a Kolsch. This is a light easy drinking beer, just like a Kolsch should be.
