The beer has a very light smell with earthy dirt aromas and a hint of fruit. The color is a pale yellow with large bit of sediment, likely yeast, floating around. The head pours thin, and has light retention.
This is beer has a light flavor with a honey like malt flavor with a bit of earthiness. There is some grass hop flavor but it is pretty light. The most pronounced flavor is some fruitiness that is a little on the sour side. The mouthfeel is thin with very little carbonation. The finish is fruity with just a touch of sour.
This is an ok beer, I'm not crazy about the light flavors. The earthiness and the sour fruit just don't blend well. The bottle says the beer is cask conditioned which would provide the earthiness and has a late addition of hop that give the fruit flavor so I know this beer taste close to what is expected.
