This beer has a malty stout aroma mixed with a hint of alcohol. The color is a very dark brown with just a hint of light coming through on the edges. The foam pours thick and has good retention.
There is a pronounced roasted malt flavor with coffee and grain notes. There is a good deal of sweetness to this beer is has some malt flavor but with Milk in the name this is likly a milk stout using Lactose as a sweetener. A hint of floral hop flavor is present, but no more than a hint. The alcohol smell is only a hint of alcohol taste. There is a smooth creamy mouthfeel that adds to the Milk name. The finish is malty sweet with a little oak aged taste.
This is a really tasty beer. I like the smooth mouthfeel and the sweetness blending with the stout flavors. I am interested in making a beer like this it is so enjoyable.
