#56 Rouge - Dea Guy Ale

Dead guy ale for all Saints Day.

This beer has a great hop smell that makes my mouth water. There is also a dark malt aroma from this beer, but the hop aroma is far stronger. This beer has a thick head of foam that requires careful pouring to not overflow. This beer has a red gold color that is hazy.

This beer has mainly hop flavors. With hop fruitiness, almost orange flavor, and plenty of hop bitterness. There is no sign of malt sweetness in this beer. There mouthfeel of this beer is very smooth and creamy, with some bubbly tingling on my tongue. The bitterness leaves a dry taste in the mouth.

The mouthfeel of this beer is wonderful and very different. I really like all the hop flavor. This is a great beer, good flavor and a good mouthfeel. This isn't the beer that you would want to drink a ton over but a few would be very enjoyable.
