This beer has a light malty aroma mixed with the sour. The color is a muddy brown without any light passing through. The head is low with poor retention.This beer tastes earthy with hints of malt. The sour flavor is less pronounced that the Cuvée Du 7ème, but sour is still the main flavor. There is some hints of fruit blending with the wild yeast sour flavor. The mouthfeel is thin with low carbonation. The finish is a little malty sweet with a light sour taste.
I like this beer more than the Cuvée Du 7ème, but I am still not a fan. I just don't care much for sour beer.
